No Parking

Looking at a property in the beach area. The property has no driveway or alley access, basically no parking except for on the street with everyone else. Parking is at a premium.  Summer would be horrific. Price in excess of $1 million. Could be used as a principal residence or a vacation rental. I see the lack of parking as a problem for a principal residence while in terms of a vacation rental, it could affect repeat business. Your thoughts?

Parking is tough.

Is the property in a walkable enough area? People with out cars(i.e. using Uber) wouldn't mind the parking situation.

Where is the property? I can check airbnb to see if parking makes a difference for vacancies and price.
