Hey @Seallington Touch,
Given we are accountants, we cannot promote our services on BP as its against the rules.
To help in your search:
be sure to find an accountant who is willing to grow with you, and is not too high priced fee-wise. Not too low either, you don't want to go with someone who is just focused on price as this is a quality of a not-so-great accountant. Accountants are in such demand, that the best are not even accepting clients half the time.
The other problem I see often with accountants on here is that they specialize in larger investors, and have really high prices when you as a smaller investor do not need all the bells and whistles.
Another thing I see is folks thinking they need to have a tax professional in their state. We as a firm have investors working with us who have rental properties all over the US big and small.
Finding a real estate-focused tax professional and one who can help with advisory and grow with you would be my suggestion to focus your efforts on finding. Best of luck in your search!
Thanks the advise.

@Nathan Harden what was your process in starting an LLC? What are some things I have to be careful of if I go that route.

Hello All,
I'm new to this community and forums as such. I'm not sure if I'm suppose to make a separate post for each topic. However, I'm looking for recommendations for a tax professional/CPA in the Seattle, WA area preferably the Kent, WA area. One that also invest in rental properties.
Also, I'm looking into starting an LLC for my rental property. I read up on some pros and cons but get very overwhelmed with it and would like some real world experience. I have one rental property in Kent, WA where I have a property managing company doing the heavy lifting for me. If I decide to move forward with the LLC, I would like to know where would be a good path to start.
Thank you all for your time.

@Mike Paolucci hi thanks for reaching out. I haven't researched that far yet. In the book I'm reading mentioned that same strategy if the numbers doesn't. I will take your advise and look for some local meet up and research more on out of state investing.
