The VA loan! I understand it is now unlimited to families of military but what about using the VA loan to buy rental properties. I spoke with my realtor that sold me my current home I'm living in and she said she wasn't sure if we can use it! Looking for answers from all you great, people experienced investors. ( I am currently active duty) if that changes anything
Good evening fellow investors! Just a quick question! My spouse and I just recently purchased our new/First home 2 months ago and while we are trying to start our rental property investing business, how do we convinced the banks to buy another mortgage with the same income we used to buy our first home? Thank you! We are military family if that changes anything.
