I have since moved on from the orkin life but the things i have seen will haunt me for life!

question on refinance????? if you refinance to get equity out and re invest wont the loan amount due each month go up and take away from the cash flow on the original property you refinance???

Thanks everyone I currently own a primary residence and do have about 10k I can invest to get started. I have a loan officer and a accountant and also a friend who owns property but he buys everything cash. I'm currently watching podcast daily and have read rich Dad poor Dad. I'm a veteran as of 2012 and I wonder if there are any grants or anything to help out. Thanks again hope I answered some of your questions

JUST WONDERING WHAT IS THE BEST INVESTMENT PLAN FOR A TRUE BEGINNER WHO WANTS TO GET INTO MULTIPLE PROPERTY'S AND BUILD UP A NEW LLC. I WAS THINKING THE BRRRR PLAN BUT IF NOT USING THAT HOW DOES SOMEONE GO ABOUT ACQUIRING THE SECOND HOME IF THERE IS A MORTGAGE ON THE FIRST HOME WITHOUT REFINANCING FOR THE EXTRA MONEY FOR THE SECOND HOME. LOOKING TO START INVESTING IN THE CLEVELAND SUBURBS AREA!

New investor here just looking for opportunities/ opinions about buying single family and multi in the Elyria Lorain area? Stay away? Good investment opportunitys?
