Does anyone have any experience in searching for and finding the owner of an abandoned lot? The city will not give any contact information about the owners, who seem to have passed away. The house is in a trust under the homeowner's name. How do you find the owners of the trust, and therefore the owners of the property?

Hey all! Looking to BRRRR my first property. I've found a property that looks abandoned and destroyed. I've found the parcel information, and the house is in a revocable trust. Is there any way for somebody not in that trust (myself) to get contact information for the trustees? Does anyone have experience dealing with this issue or a similar issue?

Civil Engineer! My experience working on land management projects has helped me understand all the terminology. RE investing gives me a lot more flexibility with my future than engineering does.

Hello! I'm too late to the game, and never saw the aforementioned webinar where Jeff went over the legalities of wholesaling in Utah. Is there any update to wholesaling in Utah since this article was posted back in the 4th quarter of 2018?

It doesn't say it's illegal unless it becomes a business model. If it's executed once, does that constitute a business model?
