@Chris Seveney  Is there any correlation to the amount of money being raised and legal start up fees or is your estimate the same if you are raising $500,000 or $50,000,000?

@Randall E Collins  I believe Stuart was making light of how most approach syndications believing they are easy. I don't know if that model is really something you should be pursuing or a strategy you should be following as you stated!

This is gold. Thanks Collin and Stuart for valuable insight.

@George Voutsinos It doesn't appear there is a market for these lights based on the time you've been marketing these. Perhaps there is a way to donate them and get a tax write off?

Either you are a master marketer or these are marginal deals.

@Chris Seveney I disagree, I believe these marketing staff members are their most valuable assets. That's who recruited all of their capital. Maybe they should have been the ones awarded the executive suites with private bathrooms :)

Ok "Lisa" you've posted all of 4 times and each relate to this course you are promoting. Very suspicious to say the least....

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Quote from @Stuart Udis:

@Dutch Mendenhall Your company just released a video of you touring your new office space. 5:34 into the video you discuss how important it is for you and Amy to finally have your own bathrooms in your executive offices separate from your staff. I am not personally invested in any of your offerings but this is not the message you should be sending right now with paused distributions

Vinod, Wagner already shared the deposits are were directed directly with the title company and not the builder. Did you authorize the release to the builder or is the title company still holding the deposits. There's no consistency to what is being shared.
