I am interested in short term rentals in the NC mountains. I don't have my exact market nailed down yet but I'm thinking outside of Asheville. I'm looking to connect with a realtor who is known for STRs. I also would love to connect with North Carolina STR investors. We tried TD for the HELOC and a local branch for the refi, unfortunately, we've run into complications with each option and my credit can't be hit anymore. Hopefully, we will find another way to fund this second property! I can smell the financial freedom ...
