Hi Guys,

Has anyone found a bank / credit union / portfolio lender that is willing to refinance or extend a HELOC on a non-owner occupied residential investment property that is held in an LLC?

Thanks in advance!

@Tookie Nemchak - It's in Columbia, SC.

@Account Closed - Thanks for the suggestions! We tried TD for the HELOC and a local branch for the refi, unfortunately, we've run into complications with each option and my credit can't be hit anymore. Hopefully, we will find another way to fund this second property! I can smell the financial freedom ...
