I am taking real estate classes right now and am looking for a great company to work with in the south metro area.  I would like to find a company that has a good mentor program, especially for the 1st few months of being in the business and I would love to find one that is supportive of my interests in real estate investing.  Any recommendations on companies that I could check into to interview with?

I would like to purchase a rental property in Minnesota.  Do I need a permit to rent a house in Minnesota?  Also, are there required lease agreements you a required to use in Minnesota?  Is insurance for a rental property usually more expensive than your personal homestead?  Any suggestions for a good accountant, tax preparer and lawyer for real estate investing for Minnesota?  Also, wondering if there are any investment meetings in Minneapolis or southern Minneapolis suburbs?

I am looking for a good CPA and also a Real Estate Lawyer in the Minneapolis area, preferably in the southern suburbs of Minneapolis/St. Paul. Does anyone have any recommendations? I would also like to start a LLC. What is the best way to go about that?
