@Matt Anderson I use Berkshire Hathaway for one property and Westfield for the other 3. I don’t know if it’s absolutely necessary, but like to have it for liability purposes.

@Matt Anderson I have 4 Airbnbs', all with a rider that is specifically for STR's. I would highly recommend this as secondary protection. Talk to your insurance agent about adding a rider.
