@Jonathan S. - Hey thank you Jon.  Nice to see yet another kindred engineering spirit!  Sounds like you've about had it with making the 'big guys' their money too.  Have you been able to parlay your M/P skills into property investing?

@Josue Vargas - You are quite right.  What's funny is that North Jersey and South Jersey are vastly different from one another.  Add in the coastal region and you could carve the state in 3!

Gentlemen, thank you so much for the warm welcome! This is pretty awesome already.

@Michael James - you and I are on the same page sir. I'm just starting my search for a duplex that I can rent one dude and live in while rehabbing the other. So a lil BRRR in there!

@Account Closed - Ahhh, Woodbury, I know it well. 8 flips? That's fantastic. Sure, connecting would be great!

@Dorian Jones - Thank you sir! Same to you.

Hello all! My name is Ed and I live in Voorhees, NJ, about 15-20 minutes outside of Philadelphia, PA.

I graduated from Rutgers Univ. College of Engineering nearly 20 years ago (sheesh) and have navigated a pretty secure career in the field of Land Development. It's pretty neat to see something you created on paper come to life during construction.

The field has also taught me that I've made a lot of money for those in the Real Estate world - investors, developers, builders... so why not me?

I've been slowly educating myself over the last couple years on real estate investing and want to jump in with a house hack this Fall.

Drop me a line sometime and let's connect! I'd love to hear your story too.

Best wishes for your success.
