I have over 20 years experience with residential rentals.  I supervised an intense and thorough rental licensing and inspectional program at a municipality for both single and multi-family homes.  During this time I dealt regularly with landlords and tenants with regards to property maintenance and other complaints, while staying current and enforcing, municipal, and state codes. I handled and supervised both major and minor concerns such as: failing to cut the grass, infestations, mold, broken appliances, safety violations, overoccupancy, lack of heat or water, ADA concerns, sewer/plumbing violations, electrical violations, and uninhabitability.
