Hello all,

I am new to REI and am looking to purchase a home for a co-living investment. I know I will need to build a few bedrooms to the house that I buy and would like some advice on finding a contractor. Do new investors simply look on google?

Hi all, I am planning to do a house hack and wanted to see what you all target in terms of IRR. My current numbers are giving me 10 percent for a 10 year hold period, which doesn't look good enough. I wanted to see what the return standards for rental property investing are.

Thanks for the help.

Hi all, I am looking to buy a house to do a house hack in the next 3 months in Miami, FL. To find a property that would get anywhere close to breaking even on my mortgage payment, I would need to get a great deal. My question to you all is what the best way to find an off market property is? My idea was to go door knocking and ask homeowners if they know anyone looking to sell in the area.

I appreciate all your help everyone. Thanks
