@Donell Commings thanks for the input I'm still trying to decide what to do. I've looked into it quite a bit and watched some of his free videos. I do like that he offers all the paperwork needed to start the business. I am glad to here some positive feedback from you for sure. I do have a question though, do you use his M5 system and if so is it worth the $97 per month? How many contracts have you been able to flip since going through his program? I came across this site called the Clever Investor and I am curious if anyone has heard of this? Is it a legitimate company or just another one of the real estate scams out there? Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
