I'm looking for a way to keep a list of all different types of contractors organized such as plumbers, roofers, electricians, ect.. I was looking for an excel spreadsheet template. If anyone knows of any please share; or share how you keep track.

Joel Owens I'm not sure which one you were looking at in regards of the reviews being from 2008/2009 but once you click on reviews and you see the whole list of reviews click on the right hand side were it say's "Newest first" instead of "Most helpful" and you will see current reviews from november.

Thanks for the reply, I also wanted to ask; now would I be able to list it with my company sign while however have my brother who just recently got his sales agent license list it on MLS or... no? or would the company have to be under a brokers license?

So my question is as follow,

After you buy a house and let's say you fix it up and now you want too sell. Now I know you don't have to list it with a realtor but if you have an LLC set up let's say "ABC FLIP HOUSE" can get a for sale sign with " For sale, ABC FLIP HOUSE LLC" or do you need to be a broker to do this?

or do you wait until it's almost completed to begin looking for a buyer?

In regards to a "birddog", they find me a property I'm interested in and I buy the property; whats usually a fair fee?

How much on average would one pay someone if they find them a property to buy?
