Yeah I wasn't the orginal owner he is

This is what it said Hi I am xxxxx and ready , willing, and able to close on this property within contract date. If there is a title issue, pursuant to the contract , there is time to cure. If the seller on my contract has no executed contract with the seller, I will pursue him for damages and loss of income. Please make seller aware that I will not hesitate in legal pursuit of this contract.

I am not the seller I got this through a bird dog who is working with the actual sellers on this one... so he can't come after me or my company? for selling properties we don't have rights too?

Thanks!
John

Hey guys,

quick question can my company get sued for flipping a property to a buyer and the person I got it from sold it to me, but problem is the sellers he got it from haven't all signed yet and hasn't been through probate... He already can get his 10k deposit back, but he is threatening me with legal action becuase I was the "seller" in his contract... just need help!
