@Marcus Maloney Thank you soooooooo much for chiming in on this post. All the advice on BP now for wholesalers is how it’s illegal, they are unnecessary, they are at the bottom of the totem pole, etc. and I must say, as an aspiring wholesaler it can be a little discouraging. So thank you for chiming in and changing the narrative. Please do so more often (especially on those post where there is so much negativity towards wholesalers).

@Jonathan Taylor Smith Hi Jonathan! I’ve heard of all the others but I’ve just recently heard of M&F bank. Hearing them brought up again makes me curious to do business with them. I think I’ll look deeper into what they have to offer.

I joined BiggerPockets to be in a community of like minded people. Real Estate Investing isn’t a part of my familial make up so I’m basically trail blazing a road map for my family, and trail blazing can be a lonely road. So I wanted to be a part of a community where I could have support, ask questions, and learn a ton.

My goals for 2020 are to get my first deal by March and rinse and repeat. I’m also planning to get my Real Estate license and the classes start in March as well.

I’m still working on that first deal but would love to connect.

Does anyone have any insights to the best bank in NC for small business?

Would you recommend an online banking system or a a brick and mortar system??

@Troy Powell I am in NC and we are an Attorney state which means we use closing attorneys. Do some research and find out if your state is an attorney state or Title Company state or both.
