Hey!

I don't know if it is impossible to get them or just super hard.

I have been trying to get approved for the last 6 months with no results.

I am an out of US Investor (but have SSN) bought my last couple deals in Indy with cash

I have no income in US beside the rents from the houses I own.

I would really appreciate any thought, advice or recomendation!

Thank you guys for the answers, I'll take it under consideration.

If anyone has more data or opinion on those areas I would appriciate any help

Hello friends,

I'm an OOS inverstor and I own 1 SFH in Indy and it is great far

so now on my way to my 2nd deal!

First duplex is at Tuxedo park - North of Washington st and east of N Sherman Dr

Second is near Lawrence  (kind of) North to 21st st. and west to N Arlington ave

The numbers look almost similar 70k both houses, same rent 650$-750$ per side (both duplexes)

the only difference is the ARV - looks like the first one (built 1910) will be 100k and the second (built 1949) 80k.

Any insight on those areas/details?
