Hi guys, need your help.

I have been using the free version of sucasa platform for a few weeks now and it works real nice. I thought about upgrading to the pro+ account. Are you using the pro version? Are you satisfied? I'll be happy to hear your thoughts.

Thanks.
Shane.

Hi y'all,
I wonder if some of you could help me. I'm looking for more websites, forums and groups where I can interact with real estate agents and professional see what they are saying, ask question etc.
Do you know of good places like that?

Thank you one and all.
Shane.

Yes, you are all correct – I entered 1% just for the example….
He is heavy in web marketing and has dozens of websites (I saw couple). The deal is that he will market specific properties; each property will be market at a time. I don’t know how he will do it – but, he says he will bring leads specific for every property.
Looks to me a win/win but I'm not sure…

A friend of a friend approached me with an offer:
He will get me leads on properties that I have for free! Yep Free! But …. If a sale is made for one of his leads he wants 1%.
What do you say? Would you make a deal like this one?

I can recommend word press – easy to use and it's got all the great features you need. There's a lot of how too's in Google so you can do it on your own – it's better to pay someone for the basic upload of your theme and site – then you can do it all alone.

As everybody here said the market is soft, and it’s a seller's market. I think one of the issues to take under consideration is the rental issue. There is not a lot of interest in renting. With that said, in popular areas there are still renters that are looking. If you can get your properties in great locations in Las Vegas you can have a great deal for 5-10 years.
