Hi my name is Shane and I'm from the greater Milwaukee area.  I currently work as a store manager in Menards and am looking at getting started in the real estate business.  I would like to get into Rental Properties and create some passive income.

How do people go about finding out who owns a building. A 4 plex hit the market and 11 days into it 2 of the tenants move out due to lack of  management. I'd like to talk to the owners and find out more
