Hi Michael (or anyone else),

You were kind enough several years ago to offer assistance to Alex above with locating an investor-friendly closing attorney. I'm in the same geographic area - Westchester or Rockland County, New York. You had suggested that Alex PM you, but we're not yet colleagues yet. If you or someone can respond with a recommendation or ro PM you, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks in advance,

Hi Nicole - I'm a bit below you, in Rockland County, and could use someone, as well. Have you found a closing attorney that suits you?

Thanks Rick - that was a good tangible response that I can use.

Best of luck to you.

Thanks, but through the agent would be at retail price - I'm looking to wholesale it.

Short of waiting out the listing period, what's the best way to handle a motivated seller who contacts you to buy but is currently listed with an agent?
