Also, try to be an investor friendly agent and provide value to investors that call. Hello BP!

I recently became a licensed broker in NC! While I am super excited to embark on this journey, I am still of course a little nervous for obvious reasons. Any advice for a new agent to build relationships and gain clients?

I know you asked about cd's , but the IBond is currently paying 6.8%. Hard to beat for zero risk.
