I bought their $47 dvd set from coach Dave here in Florida. They say you won’t need anything more past that. I have been doing research for about a year now so I’m ready to start. Maybe he was having a bad day. It doesn’t excuse how he talked to you but we all have bad days sometimes

My husband and I are just starting out as well. We are also looking in the Tampa Bay Area as that is around where we are and we hear that it is an extremely hot market!!! We have recently gone to 2 seminars. One with nick vertucci where we paid $1000 and the other with Lee Arnold where it was free. We learned a lot from these 2 seminars. When we started with those we had no sense of direction. I am a computer whiz and have also learned that by seeking online you can get a GREAT DEAL of information. That’s where we are right now. I do know of a realtor as well as contractor for the Orlando area only because he was at Lee Arnold’s seminar. If you would like his info, let me know and I will get that to you. Not sure if you want it because he is in the Orlando area though. He seems to be a very knowledgeable person and has been flipping for MANY years. He knows his stuff that’s for sure. Who, may I ask,  isn’t your CPA? We are currently seeking one. I am also looking in to getting my real estate license as that is the only way to SAFELY sell in Florida that i have seen so far. 

Hi Gabrielle, my husband and I are looking into starting up rental properties to invest. We have not started one yet but have been making sure we do all of our research first in order to not fail. I see here that you talk about high dollar section 8. How do we go about finding section 8 homes? Is it he same as looking for a regular rental?
