Sharon Vornholt has an online course called Probate Investing Simplified that I am taking now. She is very experienced with probates and has great information. I'm enjoying her course.

I am purchasing an investment property with a partner. Any suggestions on where I can find a partnership agreement that we can tweak and use? I spoke with an attorney about creating one and he is going to charge $400. I'm ok paying that if I need to but thought that I might be able to find one online somewhere.

I live in Greenville, SC and have found it a wonderful place to live and raise a family. There is a vibrant, thriving & walkable downtown area. The people are friendly. The public schools are great plus there are many state charter schools and lots of private schools. There are two major hospital systems here. The job growth is good and there is a lot of development in this town.
