I saw the great opportunities there and made my decision. When I watched your interview I knew for sure that was the right decision. I have a property in the 48202 area where they have built new homes and in the process of building a team. Any advice you can offer will be appreciated. I will be needing a PM as well.

I'm a newbie and my first property will be a family property that l will take over. Is quit claim a good idea to transfer deed or should I purchase. Property needs rehab.

I don't live in the Detroit area and I'm interested in investing in the area. New to real estate investing. Interested in networking.
