Hello, my name is Shaun. I live in Buffalo, NY. In the past I have been to "guru" seminars, read the typical books, yet done nothing more than kick a few tires. I am at that exciting point many of you once were, time to get off my duff and take the next step! I am eager to learn more from the pros here on bigger pockets while getting some hands on experience with my first buy and hold. I am planning to purchase my first investment property (via FHA) within the next three months.
