So 10 short month's ago we decided to get back into Real Estate after taking a 7 year break. Fast forward we just put in over #19 that will get us to 26 doors if all goes well. We scaled from 2 doors to 24 in just over 10 month's using the BRRRR method and some creative financing. BP is what made me take the leap of faith and go all in. Our goal is 50 doors by Feb 2020.

I have pre approvals from two lenders but they dont want to loan under 70K any suggestions of lenders in Western PA who lend under 70K?
