Hey there Jerry... I am in no way form or fashion looking for an agent to run like crazy to find deals.. and offers for me. When I find a property that I want to pursue, I will definitely do my due diligence on the property.
What I am looking for is someone who will truly go to bat for me in the negotiating process to make sure that I am getting the best deal possible... that is the type of RE agent that I want on my team. Thanks!

I do have a question to all of you. Do any of you have experience with the Fannie Mae Homepath REO's. If so, just wondering how has the process worked out for you..for instance if you purchased a Homepath REO and found during the inspection process there were major issues with the property, if you were able to get the prices lowered on the property? Thanks so much
