Fannie Mae Homepath Investor Process
I do have a question to all of you. Do any of you have experience with the Fannie Mae Homepath REO's. If so, just wondering how has the process worked out for you..for instance if you purchased a Homepath REO and found during the inspection process there were major issues with the property, if you were able to get the prices lowered on the property?
