This sounds great!! How often do you plan on having these meetups? I will be out of town on business, but would love to be able to attend one of these. I'm brand new to Knoxville and this is just what I need.

I'm new to Tennessee and looking to beef up the real estate portfolio with rental properties. I need a hunter. Seeking great deals. I also need someone who has lived here a  long time and educate me on some of the neighborhoods. This is a long term relationship, so let's do coffee and figure out if this partnership makes sense.
