Curtis Bellenot I read your bio. I'm currently transitioning out of the Army myself, and my goal is to do REI full time. I'd love to pick your brain. Especially with wholesaling and obtaining properties off market. I started a business and we have put some offers in on a few properties for fix and flip.

Rob Gillespie I have quite a few houses on watch for fix and flip. Do you think putting in an offer with an exit strategy of let's say 7 days will make HML's easier to deal with?

Good Evening Bigger Pockets Members,
My name is Shawn McKee and I am just starting out with REI in the state of Georgia. Would love to build a network of knowledgeable individuals who can help point me in the right direction on certain areas. Still looking for a Hard Money Lender, Private Money Lender, Broker, and Attorney who is knowledgeable on Title's as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have located quite a few properties with great potential. I am even willing to split the profits with a PML on the first couple to get me rolling in the right direction.
