So if we were all playing monopoly !! Based on your real estate investing knowledge . What would be your personal strategy to win the game!!!! As for me ! I used to buy all the railroads.. lol . I usually never won the game but had some money to stay in the game . I sure don’t want to make that mistake in real estate

@Michael Ealy, you have been so helpful thankyou. and yes im very detailed oriented and rely on numbers and facts so i figured the only way for me to truly understand the operations of investment i have to GC or project manage for a while until i feel comfortable or find a GC i can trust. thx again

Hi guys

    so i just purchase my first real estate deal from a sherrif sale that im going to rehab and than rent out. I would prefer to sub contract  each component of the rehab so i can get a better understanding  of cost estimates/ labor estimates/ and timing of the trades for future projects. I estimated my materials to cost around 10K - my ideal budget to complete the rehab is 30K with the hopes of getting all my money back with refi/heloc. Do you guys think this a good idea or should i hire a GC?
