@Doug Spence Thank you I appreciate it! Yes Myrtle Beach is my market, I lived here for about 10 years before the military and decided to move back after I separated! I really appreciate the offer. Hope the Navy is treating you well! What area do you focus on investing in? 

I recently joined bigger pockets as an agent, I am looking to learn from those who are more experienced in the investing field. I got out of the military a little over a year and a half ago to pursue being a Realtor. It has been a great learning experience and I am very excited to take it to the next level by diving into the investment side of real estate!
