I have mainly been a project manager and property manager. I have only sold houses to my investors at this point but want to expand to all clients in my market. I am curious as to what you have found most successful as far as getting leads for selling and listing. Have you heard of Real Geeks?

What site provide with you with the best and most useful leads on potential clients? Has anyone used Home Advisor, or Zillow leads and if so has it truly helped you obtain sells? Thanks for your help!

I tried selling FSBO on Zillow but I did not have much luck. This was before I was a realtor. I ended completing the sell with a buyer that a realtor brought in. I don't know if it would have ever sold without a realtor in our market!

I use option 1 quite often! 

I am a property manager in OK and I have been showing properties daily. I have apologized for not shaking hands and washed hands often but have went about my job otherwise. Tenants still need a house and investors need their properties rented. I agree that safety must come first and we are in a low risk area at the moment. I think it comes down to trust and mutual respect. My owners trust that I will do my job to the best of my ability as long as I can. My owners would not expect me to do something they would not do if the shoe was on the other foot. At this point it is still safe and I am taking precautions but I may stop showing properties at some point and I would hope my owners would respect that.
