Hi Wendy! I know the feeling of being a newbie and being blown off. However, I've found friendly  agents her on BP and they have been so kind to me. Keep seeking and you will definitely find the right agent/agents who will NOT blow you off and will be patient with you (I have). Also, I admire your goals and I'm looking into multi-family too.
