I am now starting out and building my team as mentioned in one of BP course . Can anyone suggest a friendly agent in the Long Island, New York area (either Suffolk or Nassau county)? In fact, I've already put together a criteria.

Hi Tyler welcome. I'm new to BP and real estate investing too. It's my second day on BP so welcome!!!!!! I live on Long Island; however, I'm from Guyana, South America.

Hi everyone, I'm Shellon! A newbie to BiggerPockets and to Real Estate Investing. I've always wanted to start investing but I was afraid. Afraid of the unknown, afraid of so much this was around 2005. However, here I am and I'm ready. There is this feeling within me that I can't shake that is pushing me towards investing. 

So here I am!

I attended a free weekend work shop in May and was told it would cost $44,000 to attend the advance class and be connected to a network of other investors. I liked their system, but I don't have $44,000 to sign up. However, I decided to research and heard about BiggerPockets from a friend. 

I'm NOT giving up because this IS HAPPENING for me. 

So here I am seeking to connect with others. I took the free course here at BiggerPockets on beginners guide to Investing and I will continue to utilize all the resources BiggerPockets has to offer. I'm committed and will do work each day towards my goal.

I need help and I'm coachable, teachable and committed to do what I MUST do.
