@Akram Yadullahi, not all the areas you listed are STR friendly.

@Tyler Ridings, if you are W-2, we can use your income. If your new job is similar to your previous job, and you have 1-year tax return, some lenders will allow 1 year (instead of 2 years), but a letter of explanation may be needed. 

@Stacey H., I have STR in Seattle and out of Seattle and had no issues. The vacancy is very low and mostly smooth operation. It slows a little during winter, but this is a normal seasoning thing.
