@Quincy Lockett even with a search for $500K or less on MLS there is not much if anything on the market. Do you know any other resources or methods to find opportunities?

Hey everyone, I'm looking to purchase a 3 or 4 flat in Chicago (Hyde Park, Kenwood, or Bronzeville) area to live in with a FHA 203K loan. Aside from the MLS, what are other sources I can use to find one within these neighborhoods? My budget to purchase is $300K or less.
