Trying to buy 3 or 4 flat in Chicago (Hyde Park, Kenwood)

Hey everyone, I'm looking to purchase a 3 or 4 flat in Chicago (Hyde Park, Kenwood, or Bronzeville) area to live in with a FHA 203K loan. Aside from the MLS, what are other sources I can use to find one within these neighborhoods? My budget to purchase is $300K or less.

I've seen condo's in those areas go for that price it would be extremely hard to find a 3 or 4 flat with for that price that is in FHA condition, or that can be brought up to that price point with the 203k loan.
