Ok I am new to investing and i am trying my hand in notes. I just received a list from my contact and it has address, vacancy, owner, closing date, last paymetn date, original principal balance, curent principal balance and so on but it doesnt include the amount to purchase the note. Is there anyone out there willing to take a look at it for me and tell me what you think and if there is something on there that you would entertain. If so please leave me your email and i will send it over.

Thank you Mr Gulley. I prefer to know what to expect in this business. A lot of of the gurus never mention what it realy takes to do this. Mr Smith I am new to this. I have did a little research about note investing and i actually have a guy who can find deals and he will send me a spreadsheet with the non performing notes listed. I am actually waiting for him to send me another one. I live in Louisiana and I have been told to surround my self with a somebody who is actually doing the same thing. I have no preference of states. I need work in all areas just to make sure I will know what I am doing if the right opportunity presents itself. I know there is a lot to learn about investing but I am willing to learn because its something I am very interested in. I am open to any help you are able and willing to share with me. Thanks.

I want to invest in notes and I am seeking anyone who is willing to teach me the ins and outs of the business. I see so much online about it but I need someone who will take me through the process step by step. I hope there is someone who is willing to share their knowledge with me. I will greatly appreciate it and hope I can return the favor somehow.
