I want to learn the note business. I have been reading posts and have listened to a couple of podcasts but I need someone who is doing it that I can trust to kind of take me under their wing and show mw the who, what, when, and where of the note business. It can be first position or 2nd lien position but I prefer 2nd for now until I can raise enough capital to start with the first liens.
