Hello folks,
Wanted to get some of the key criteria folks use in evaluation whether a deal is good or no. I for one built a simple chrome extension to see if the mortgage is less than rent and accordingly provide that information on every zillow listing page. Here is an example

Please let me know if there are any feature which you think might be useful and would like me to add to the extension.

Given 2020 census data will be accessible soon curious to see how the community is using it.

Hello BiggerPockets,
With covid and change in how people think about work. What are the best places to buy a property within next 3 months horizon.
I have around 40k for down payment and got my primary house refinanced. I am saving around $1000 with the refinance and want to use that amount for buying a new property.
Goals: it’s going to be a buy and hold. Don’t need money from that property for next 10 to 15 years. Only requirement is I don’t want to
Lose money on that property every month.
I live in Bay Area California.
Slightly inclined towards property which would appreciate more.

Probably not useful in all context. But I do see QR Code making a comeback as the native platforms are supporting QR Code reading functionality.
