I never believe in following hard and fast rules that make the personal comfort and relaxations a rare thing. I change my living schedule according to the next day program and appointments.

Many of my friends mostly Indian living in NY were waiting for Indian budget to be declared, so it has been done on 6th Jul. I don’t see any special favor for real estate sector. Now, do you expect fast pace improvement in Indian real estate market as was being predicted earlier?

Having big goals is a good habit. I would suggest you to set small time frames goals. Be more specific about the business, you want to start. Judge your capabilities like investment, management and entrepreneurship etc. Don’t forget to conduct a market research before starting any business.

Join some local forums and communities. Video clips may be a good option to convince the customers about the look or the actual space. Recently I heard that video clips are also formatted to make them more impressive. Contact some new real estate agents working in that particular area.

Most real estate agents don’t seem interested in arranging the site visits because of many reasons. Video clips may be a good option to convince the customers about the look or the actual space. Recently I heard that video clips are also formatted to make the property more impressive?

Rates of the property primarily depends upon the location, demand, expected escalation of prices in neighborhood area, developments and the area (covered and open) etc. Some old property may cost more than new property. Is it wise to invest in old property and to renovate it for residential cum commercial use?

You must look at:
Availability of agent
Client list
Kind of property he deals in
Market reputation
Legal status
References of the people to whom you know well

Different people have different opinions. For me priorities are:
Proximity to working place
Transportation or link roads
General neighborhood –locality
Future scope of the property

Post: Guarantor's right???

It depends upon your agreement. If you are mentioned there as a guarantor, then your liabilities would have also been mentioned. Principally, you may have to pay the amount for the using period plus the notice period.

It depends what kind of agreement you have with your landlord and what kind of insurance of property is. As per the response of your landlord, I think this damage is not covered under the insurance, so will have to get it repaired at your own.
