Post: Google Pagerank dropped for my website

Google periodically changes its' calculations for page rankings and even recently many many sites saw a drop in their rankings. If you are maintaining search engine position, and traffic, then the page rank change may have been 'across the board' and not anything related to your site.

My first suggestion would be to contact him and invite him to add your name as the author. He may be happy to do so.

He may be thinking he's improving his site rankings by using your content but the search engines are getting increasingly clever at identifying duplicate content and penalising the raking as a result. You shouldn't suffer as you were the original poster of this material.

Contrary to the last poster I found your site to be fast and the logo to be sharp.

One comment would be that for SEO purposes you should have H1 tags on the page.

I've had an i-phone for about 6 weeks now and am very happy with it. The interface is well thought out and it's as sexy as was anticipated. It's certainly a talking point.

There are a couple of negatives - I can't see that sending an SMS to more than one recipient at a time is possible. Also I haven't managed to find a way to send images by SMS either.

There's a software upgrade now which may address these issues so I'd better get it, I think.

With the current over-supply of property there may be some good opportunities to strike a good deal with a developer or re-seller. Having said that, don't under-estimate the Dubaii government's ability to plan well. They may know a lot more about future demand than is currently available externally.

Promoting your website is an ongoing, ever changing 'science' but if you get it right it can pay handsome dividends.

Add yourself, and your listings, to as many real estate portals as you can to take advantage of their established traffic. They will improve your rankings too.

Keep your site's content fresh, relevant, changing, and above all unique to your site. Write it yourself, don't copy it from other sites or use your own content on several sites. It will devalue your rankings if you do.

I may be biased but whatever else you do I really think you should invest some time in a good website. Increasing numbers of real estate buyers/sellers are using the internet as a first choice for sourcing a real estate agent or to find their ideal property.

I recommend you try and talk to some of their previous 'students' of the course for some feedback.

Contacting local agents to assess the demand for staging and also the necessity of an acreditation may save you $2,000.

Hello~

I am seriously considering becoming a accredited home stager, but the course costs $2000.00 and I am trying to figure out if it is truly worth it. The reason why I want to get into staging is for two reasons:

1. I LOVE helping people
2. One of my passions is working on homes and eventually I want to get into
real estate investing and I feel this will help.

So with that being said do real estate agents really use stagers? The website that gives you the accreditation also says they will help you market yourself and all that other hoopla. But I also know real estate agents take the courses themselves to help their clients.

Thanks for the advice!

Post: Website Lead Generation

Hi there,

I recommend you do some research on SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) to increase the traffic to your website. The search engines are constantly striving to deliver the best results to their searchers and although there are some shortcuts to great search results positioning, there's no substitute for good unique content. The focus here is on the word unique. Don't be tempted to borrow parcels of text from other sites. This can have a negative impact on your rankings.

The titles of your pages are important as are the page descriptions. Simple urls work better than complicated ones with lots of characters and numbers in. Link your pages to each other wherever possible.

Read, read and read more about SEO. It's worth the time investment.

Are there any agents (that have good or great website traffic] out there that would share some information with us regarding website lead generation?

My questions are:
[list]How many unique visitors per day are you seeing on your website?
Do you have just one site or multiple ones?
Is your blog part of your main website or does it stand alone?
What is the biggest source of visitors to your website?
How many "leads" do you generate per month?
How many of those do you convert into customers/buyers/sellers?
Do you give credit to your website as being a money making tool?[/list:u]

I know some of this information is letting us look behind the curtain and so I want to say up front, thank you for sharing.
