I like Mary Barker at Wilson and Muir Bank for an 80/20 BRRR.

I am a board member for KREIA. The room is always a good mix of new and old investors. It is the largest non-profit REIA in the country, and we have over 400 members. Attendance has been in excess of 200 the last two meetings. One thing I know, is that exposure to these people has given me countless deals and knowledge. This is hands down the best reoccurring event in the city for investors. Also, for $30 dinner is included.
