@Jonathan Hsieh Thanks for introducing yourself! I too live in Redding and am getting started in REI. My wife and I currently have a 4-plex and a SFR and are looking to grow and learn. Personally i'm still pretty new to the website but I have the convenience of being able to listen to the podcast while I work. I highly recommend listening to the podcasts as much as possible, i've been really impressed by the quality of the interviews. Anyways i'm in the same boat you are and would love to connect with you.

Best thing i've learned so far is to take action and jump in.
