Welcome Stanly Hernandez! Everything works out for a reason. Real estate may end up the path you were met to be one. With hard work, determination, focus and action the sky is the limit.

I'm in my 30s just getting started and now is a good time as any. However, starting out in your 20s is definitely better. :)

Ryan Becerra your journey so far is inspiring. Welcome and keep on! Love the quote as well.

Welcome Joseph Lounds! You have definitely found a great place to learn about REI and network. I'm also just getting started and found these shared by Brandon Turner useful.

Hey Lamar Cannon. All the best in Austin!

Thanks Marco Santarelli. I'm with you on utilizing and exhausting free resources. Some people need more structure. For me, my professional job has learn how to quickly get up to speed on new ventures and fit the puzzle pieces together. I'm enjoying going through the process with RE investing.

Happy investing!

Welcome Jolene Petrosky! I'm also a new investor in Houston Texas.

Brandon Turner shared some good articles with me. I was going to include the link but not quite sure how to do that. Anyway you can search for them on BP with the titles below.

9 Reasons You Couldn't Find A Buyer For Your Wholesale Deal
Don't Start Wholesaling Until You Read This: Wholesale Advice from a Fix and Flipper
How to Start Wholesaling: Getting Past The Education and Into the Field

I've also learnt a lot by reading Sharon Vornholt wholesaling articles on BP and her blog.

All the best as you get up to speed.

I'm also very motivated with what I've learnt from investors like Brandon Turner and others on BP.
