is it  a big difference bet. north or south troy ?

whats the real value of a 2/3 bedroom apartment, the prices now are just because  expectations or its neutral ?

is their anyone with recommendation for a good contractor to renovate 2 apartments in North Troy, NY ?

need basic cosmetic renovation & tone up.

looking for someone with reasonable pricing & TIMELY!!!! 

i he'd someone over a week ago for a estimate i paid him $150 & i am still waiting to get the quote...........

if i am taking over the LLC the bank will consider it a purchase or a cash out ?

meaning i will get a loan based on my purchase price 75%LTC. or based on what its wort 70%LTV ?
