Hi there are lots of wholesalers out there. If you area a buyer you are a wholesalers best friend. One of the best ways to meet wholesalers is at local REI meetings or events. Go to meetup.com and look for REI events in your area. Attend one or two and you will meet them and they will gladly send you properties.
