Hello Investors! I went to check out my first potential investment property.
Priced at $22.8, 3Flat, 2bd-1ba,
Need work, all 3 apartments have the exact layout. I see potential, but I want my first investment to have more space for potential families.
Should I purchase the property and Flip it or just let it go and look at something else? What’s your thoughts??
I also have videos, that I don’t mind sharing!

@Mitch Holmes III I was literally discussing this with another realtor. I will definitely look into this.
But I wouldn’t want to practice with this being my first investment.

When completing a renovation, how much would you suggest paying for
1.Electrical
2.Plumbing
3. HVAC
Can someone suggest cost of what I should pay for each or a total price.

@Mitch Holmes III I’m looking to purchase a 3 flat next month and I hope and pray I obtain great tenants.
I would set up a meeting with both tenants and settle it like adults, at the end of the day 9 times out of 10 their renting because they don’t want to purchase a home or can’t afford to.
That’s your property and if they can’t come up with a solution then that’s when you put something into place in writing and have all tenants sign off on your agreement. But please put everything in WRITING!!!
Property management for??? To dish out extra money...
Good luck on your outcome!
